THE LODGE AT SEDONA located in beautiful Sedona, Arizona has been included FOUR TIMES in a new cookbook featuring recipes gathered from Lodges around the United States. Owner Ron Wachal and Executive Chef Dale Swann submitted FOUR prized recipes for Spa Style Apple Salsa, Asian Slaw, Peaches & Cream Muffins and Pear, Walnut & Blue Cheese Flat Bread. They were delighted to find out that all four recipes were chosen to be included in the new book, America’s Best Lodge Recipes, which is being circulated to gift shops and bookstores around the nation.

Earlier this year, Ron Wachal responded to a letter from CQ Products, Iowa-based distributor of recipe and gift books, asking for recipe submissions from Lodges around the United States. The letter indicated the recipes would be sorted and the finest submissions would be included in a new book. The four submissions from THE LODGE AT SEDONA caught the eyes of the judging committee and were all chosen to be included in the new cookbook. The cookbook is filled with over 100 mouth-watering recipes.
