IRELAND'S FIRST CANADIAN SPORTS BAR

The very first Canadian sports bar recently opened its doors in Belfast, Northern Ireland. ROCKIES Bar and Restaurant is operated and owned by a former Canadian professional ice hockey player – Jim Graves who is helping introduce the much-loved sport of ice-hockey to a new audience in Ireland.

Rockies is situated in cosmopolitan Belfast, a city steeped in culture and host to numerous attractions and festivals. Find out where great ships like the Titanic were built, marvel at the architecturally impressive City Hall or take a trip around its historic pubs and enjoy a pint of ‘the black stuff' – Guinness. Belfast is a city truly transformed – a dynamic and beautiful destination.

Rockies provides a great sporting atmosphere and the warmest of welcomes, which you can expect to find throughout the island of Ireland. Enjoy all the latest sports games, challenge your friends to a game of pool or gaze at the Canadian sporting memorabilia which adorns the walls throughout the bar. There are several sections of note which include the largest collection of Belfast Giants Ice Hockey Club artifacts, and the Famous ‘Irish Born Players in Northern American Sports' photograph wall.
Come and cheer on the Belfast Giants, Northern Ireland's much-loved ice-hockey team. The Belfast Giants were founded in 2000 and are the only ice-hockey team in Ireland. Join in on the revelleries and enjoy Canada's favorite sport in the dynamic and vibrant city of Belfast.
