enchanting fragrence of roses due to not only famous Rose Garden, but due to Flower, Terrace Gardens and Leisure Valleys being maintained by the administration in each dwelling sectors. The facilities like Primary, Senior , College and University Education along with private institutes touching different fields had labeled the city most literate in India.
