International Beatle Week Festival in England, 2010

This annual celebration of The Beatles music August 25 to August 31 is ‘Getting Better all the Time.’ Bringing people together from ‘Across the Universe’ to show All their lovin’ for the city where it all began – Liverpool. The International Beatle Week Festival is one of the biggest music events in the world, featuring bands from over 20 countries and fans visiting from over 40. There will be live gigs, exhibitions, memorabilia sales, guest speakers, video shows, sightseeing tours and free live music at the famed Cavern Club.

There is so much to do and see that you need not be a Beatles fan to enjoy this festival – though a touch of Beatle Mania helps! ‘Let Him Be’, the critically acclaimed Canadian film about John Lennon – written and directed by Peter McNamee – will see its UK Premiere at the festival. So ‘Come Together’ and join in the fun!
