Entertainment from China And Madagascar Will Help Light Up the 2012 Carnival in Seychelles, Starting March 2nd!

A Chinese delegation of 27 people in total are set to arrive in Seychelles this week to participate in the annual Carnaval International de Victoria in the Seychelles.
