BEST SNOWPACK IN THE CANADIAN ROCKIES AT FERNIE ALPINE RESORT

Skiers and riders visiting Fernie this holiday season are in for one more treat.  The snowpack at Fernie Alpine Resort currently measures in at 198 cm (over 6 feet), the biggest in the Canadian Rockies.  Fernie has had excellent early season conditions with 331 cm (over 10 feet) of the white stuff falling to date.  All terrain is open at Fernie providing more than 2,500 acres of skiing for the holiday visitors.
