Jet Airways Reintroduces B777-300ER From New York
New York – November, 2009: In response to increased customer demand, Jet Airways — India’s leading international airline — is relaunching service on the B777-300ER out of New York’s Newark-Liberty International Airport. The flights (9W227 and 9W228) will operate to Mumbai via Jet Airways’ Brussels hub from November 21, 2009 – January 16, 2010 in lieu of the smaller A330-200.
With the new aircraft, additional seat capacity will be available in economy and Premiere (Business) classes and First Class cabins — private suites which offer the ultimate in comfort, space, and privacy — have been reintroduced.
In addition, Jet Airways operates daily service from New York’s JFK International Airport to Delhi and Chennai, via Brussels, using A330-200 aicraft.
