HEATHROW EXPRESS VOTED ENGLAND’S TOP TRAIN COMPANY IN LEADING PASSENGER SURVEY
Heathrow Express, the fastest, most stylish and hassle-free way to get from central London to Heathrow Airport, has achieved the top score in the National Passenger Survey (NPS), carried out by Passenger Focus, the independent national rail consumer watchdog. Heathrow Express scored 93% in overall satisfaction.
Brian Raven, managing director at Heathrow Express said: “Heathrow
Express is a great example of how to emphasise customer service within a
train operation.
After ten years of working with some of the most demanding customers in
the world it is gratifying that the company as a whole has consistently
raised their standards to achieve these excellent results.”
With such a short journey time, it takes highly skilled staff to exceed
the expectations of our customers and make an impact which results in
the top score.
As a rail-air link to the UK’s busiest airport, we are also one of the
first experiences for any incoming visitor and we are proud to be
providing the very best of British customer service to the world.”
Passenger Focus consults 50,000 passengers a year to produce the
National Passenger Survey (NPS) which reveals a nationwide picture of
