Amsterdam gears up for Gay Pride

By David Browne l eTN Europe Gay Pride is one of Amsterdam’s biggest tourist attractions. The city will host a weekend of events, street parties and a parade next weekend and expects a quarter of a million people to take part in the festivities.

UK Parliament calls for streamlining of airport security

By David Browne Following efforts by the United States government to speed up the security process at its airports, the United Kingdom follows suit with a report by a Parliament committee in London saying long lines and crowded terminals add to security concerns, and checks should be speeded up.
